1. Introduction

Welcome to the MyCare Rewards Canada (hereinafter referred to as "the Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Condition (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). These Terms govern your membership, participation, and use of the Program. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and are residents of Canada.

• Membership in the Program is non-transferable and is subject to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions specified by MyCare Rewards Canada

 

3. Earning and Redeeming Rewards

• Members can earn rewards through qualifying purchases and activities at participating vendors as defined by the Program.

• The Program reserves the sole right to modify the list of participating vendors at any time without prior notice.

• Rewards can be redeemed for eligible products and services as specified by the Program.

• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The Program reserves the right to modify the redemption process and the available rewards at any time without prior notice.

• The Program reserves the right to cancel any redemptions at its sole discretion.

 

4. No Refunds, No Exchanges, and Warranties

• All rewards and benefits provided through the Program are final and non-refundable.

• No exchanges or substitutions are permitted once rewards have been redeemed.

• Any warranties on products redeemed through the Program are provided solely by the manufacturer.

• Program accepts no responsibility for any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Account Status and Activity

• Accounts without any points deposit transactions for more than two (2) years will be deactivated.

• Deactivated accounts can be reactivated either by paying a reactivation fee or by accumulating points as defined by the Program.

• Members agree that their accounts will be deactivated and all points removed in the event of suspected criminal activity, death, or no longer residents of Canada.

• The Program reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time without prior notice.

• Membership and rewards may be revoked if a member violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

• Upon termination of the Program or a member’s participation in the Program, all unused rewards will be forfeited without compensation.

• Program reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Program’s website.

• Your continued participation in the Program after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

6. Responsibilities and Liabilities

• Members are solely responsible for the receipt of any rewards redemption through the provided third-party delivery service or vendor.

• Award redemption requiring delivery is limited to Ontario only, and additional charges may be required depending on the delivery location.

• The Program is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards, including gift cards, certificates, or any other reward items once they have been issued.

• The Program, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "the Released Parties") shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, including, but not limited to, any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

• The Released Parties do not warrant or represent that the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• Members agree to grant the Program the right to pursue damages for any monetary losses incurred due to the member’s negligence or actions.

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your participation in the Program or your violation of these Terms.

 

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
